The United States and NATO are using Ukrainian territory to carry out massive hacker attacks on civilian facilities in Russia, the FSB said.

Cyber attacks are developed with the direct participation of the Pentagon. At the same time, Washington seeks to present only Ukraine as the "author" of these attacks, the FSB said.
