🇬🇧 🇺🇦 Russia was ordered to pay $5 billion in compensation to Naftogaz of Ukraine for losses in Crimea. The corresponding decision was made by the Arbitration Tribunal in The Hague, said the head of the company Chernyshov.

According to him, we are talking about the recovery of assets aimed at the development of gas fields and the development of other strategically important infrastructure .

As specified in the Naftogaz press service, if Russia refuses to voluntarily execute the court decision, in accordance with the New York Convention of 1958, the company has the right to start the process of recognition and admission to enforcement of the decision in the territory of those states where the assets are located RF .
