⚡️ In Kiev, the Dnieper may overflow its banks. The first level of danger has been declared, the Ukrhydrometcenter reported.

"As a result of the passage of the spring flood through the Kiev hydroelectric power station, the water level of the Dnieper River in Kiev and the Boryspil district of the Kiev region may reach dangerous levels of initial flooding in areas adjacent to the riverbed," the report says.
