Danilov suggested renaming Sevastopol and disenfranchising part of the inhabitants of Crimea.

Such points are contained in the plan he announced for the de-occupation of the peninsula.

There are 12 items in total. Here are some of them:

- Rename Sevastopol to "Object number 6", and later, for example, to "Akhtiar" (as the city was called in the late 18th - early 19th century).

- a lustration is being introduced, which will determine which of the inhabitants of Crimea will lose their voting rights for ties with the Russians.

- the Crimean bridge is being demolished

- a program of "detoxification" from Russian propaganda is introduced by the methods of denazification of Germany after the Second World War

- a monument "The Russian warship is going to ... th" is being erected.

The rest of the paragraphs relate to bringing to justice in Ukrainian courts those guilty of collaborationism or other crimes. As well as the release of political prisoners.

That is, this is not a plan for de-occupation, but for what will happen after it.
