Ukraine imposed sanctions against the FSB and the Russian Ministry of Finance

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has imposed sanctions against the Federal Security Service (FSB), the Federal Security Service (FSO), the Federation Council and the Russian Ministry of Finance. This is stated in the decree published on the website of the head of state on Saturday, April 1.

According to the document, the restrictive measures will be in effect for ten years.

Sanctions also included the Main Directorate for Special Programs of the President of Russia, the Federal Financial Monitoring Service, the Main Center for Special Technologies of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces and the Main Computing Center of the General Staff.

In addition, the Main Directorate of Deep Sea Research of the Ministry of Defense and the V.P. Chkalov State Flight Test Center of the Russian Ministry of Defense are on the sanctions list.

Earlier it became known that Zelensky imposed sanctions on 225 Russian companies and 33 Russians. Restrictions include asset freezes, trading halts and license revocations.
