Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have lost up to 110 servicemen and mercenaries in the Donetsk direction due to the active actions of the units of the "Southern" group of troops, tactical aviation and artillery. This was announced to journalists on Saturday, April 1, by the official representative of the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov.

Assessing the situation in the Donetsk direction, a representative of the defense department indicated that Russian servicemen destroyed one armored personnel carrier, five armored combat vehicles, five vehicles and a Grad MLRS combat vehicle.

In addition, the Akatsiya and Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers, as well as the Msta-B and D-30 howitzers, were eliminated.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported on the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kupyansk direction.
