Security Service of Ukraine announced the seizure of Russian assets for $ 27 million

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) announced the seizure of Russian assets worth $27 million, according to the department's Telegram channel.

According to the service, the property of a textile company in Chernihiv, owned by a Russian businessman, was confiscated.

A criminal case has been opened against the businessman, whose name is not known.

Earlier, the SBU said on its Telegram channel that its officers detained two residents of Kramatorsk, one of whom is a nurse in a combat unit, suspecting them of collaborating with Russia.

According to the information of the department, the detainees transmitted to the Russian Federation data on the places of basing and movement of the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their equipment.

It is noted that one of the women is accused under the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for treason, and the other for "disseminating information about the movement of armed forces."

It was also reported that the Security Service of Ukraine has filed suspicions with the head of the government of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Vitaliy Khotsenko of encroaching on the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
