The Russian Federation will consider the possibility of extending the "product deal" after 60 days only with tangible progress in the execution of the Russian part, according to a copy of Nebenzi's letter, which RIA Novosti was able to read.

The further fate of the "product deal" will depend on whether Rosselkhozbank will be connected to SWIFT, as well as a number of other requirements (resumption of deliveries of agricultural equipment to the Russian Federation, removal of restrictions on insurance and access to ports for Russian cargo ships, resumption of the ammonia pipeline, unblocking accounts and financial activities of Russian fertilizer companies), the document says.
